Safety & Small Parts

πŸ’œ Are your plushies safe for small children? Safety is our top priority! Most of our plushies are made using plastic "safety eyes," which are securely snapped into place. As an extra precaution, I additionally secure the back of each eye with hot glue, which fuses the eye to the plushie for maximum durability.

However, because these are still small parts, they can pose a choking hazard if they become damaged or through very rough play. We recommend our plushies for children ages 3 and up. For infants or "rough-and-tumble" play, please message meβ€”I am happy to substitute the plastic eyes with embroidered yarn eyes or felt eyes to make the item 100% baby-safe!


Returns

πŸ’œ What is your return and exchange policy? I want you to love your purchase! I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items under the following conditions:

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

πŸ’œ Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders (including items where you chose specific colors or names).
  • Digital downloads (such as crochet patterns).

πŸ’œ Can I cancel my order? I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, but please contact me immediately if you have any problems or concerns so I can assist you.

πŸ’œ What are the conditions of return? Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., it has been used, washed, or damaged), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

πŸ’œ What if my item arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. For custom orders, the "approval photos" sent before shipping are there to ensure you are 100% happy with the design before it leaves my hands.

πŸ’œ How does the custom order process work? Have a specific vision? Message me to start! I’ll provide a custom request form to capture every detail. Once we confirm the design, I will send you a private Shopify checkout link created just for you.

  • Payment: All custom orders must be paid in full upfront before work begins.
  • Collaboration: I’ll send updates and progress photos to ensure we’re on the right track.
  • Final Approval: Once finished, I’ll send final photos for your approval before shipping or local pickup.

πŸ’œ How long will my custom order take to complete? Completion typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity and current order volume. This does not include shipping time. If you have a hard deadline (like a birthday or baby shower), please let me know upfront! I will always confirm if I can meet your date before accepting payment.

Local Pick Up Offering

πŸ’œ Do you offer local pickup? I offer free local pickup for customers in Easton, Nazareth, or Bethlehem, PA, as well as Phillipsburg, NJ. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is ready, I will contact you to coordinate a safe pickup time and location.
